  2.Negative keywords requirement (phrase match): Publishers must add the market-specific negative keywords to your advertising account using phrase match and keep this negative keyword list maintained and updated. Ensure the negative keywords cover the brand terms and their common variants.
  
  3.Enforcement and liability: If a publisher is found to have run ads that violate the brand-term policy, SHEIN will deduct the commission accordingly.
• Cookie Period: 24 hours
• Validation Period: 30 days from following month (with 60 days Clawback T&C)
• Payment Period: 60 days after validation
• Clawback: Refers to orders refunded within the eligible "refund protection window". This will appear as negative (-) amount in the report
• Reporting: D+1, after 8PM (GMT+8)
• Daily Validation Applies: Implementing daily validation for this offer. Final order status is subject to data reconciliation. Kindly expect data clawbacks for applicable conversions.

Non-allowed promotion methods are consistently being monitored by SHEIN through traffic sources. Any violations may fall under irregular ad placements and could be deemed non-commissionable by the advertiser.

Conversion Tracking Logic:
This offer captures two types of conversions per transaction:

• 1st Conversion: Tracked with a positive commission value and marked as PENDING.
  
• 2nd Conversion (if applicable): Captured only if a refund occurs, with a negative commission value. Both conversions will be tagged as APPROVED.
  
• The 1st and 2nd conversions are linked using the same Order ID (Adv Sub ID 1).
  

Refund protection is valid for up to 60 days from the purchase/conversion date. Any refund after this period will not be recorded and no negative conversion will be passed.
